We believe local development should mean local jobs.
Your street.
Your skyline.
Your job.
When new homes, offices and transport land on a London street, the people who live there should be first in line for the work created - not last. We exist to make sure the opportunity lands with the people whose streets are changing.
Live development outcomes are visible to authenticated council and developer accounts.

Why We Exist
A regeneration boom that keeps
missing the people it is meant to lift up.
Across London, 27 of 33 boroughs sit with unemployment worse than the England average of 4.3 percent. In Southwark, where our anchor development Pearl Yard is under way, the rate is 6.2 percent and rising faster than the London average. Nearly one in five Londoners aged 16 to 24 is out of work. At the same time, the cranes keep going up.
Developments like Pearl Yard create thousands of jobs, apprenticeships and training places, but for years those opportunities have been scattered across job boards, LinkedIn and closed networks that favour outsiders. The people who live nearest to the cranes hear about them last. Opportunity Platform was built to flip that. We bring every opportunity tied to a local development into one place, and we put local residents at the front of the queue.
