Carpentry Apprentice
Description
Carpentry Apprentice role with Sisk on London construction sites.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support site carpenters and joiners with day to day tasks
- Measure, mark out, cut, and fit timber and sheet materials under supervision
- Assist with 1st fix carpentry (stud walls, noggins, grounds, timber framing)
- Assist with 2nd fix carpentry (skirtings, architraves, door ironmongery)
Requirements
- No previous site experience needed. Interest in carpentry and joinery. GCSEs in Maths and English, or willingness to complete Functional Skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out duties as outlined in the role specification
- Work collaboratively with the project team
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
