Job Description Location: Hybrid (Projects across London) Type: Part-time, Contractor / Self-Employed About the Role We are seeking a skilled and versatile Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Electrical and BMS (Building Management Systems) projects. You will play a key role in cost estimation, contract management, and financial oversight across high-end smart building projects. This hybrid role offers mostly remote work with occasional visits to London sites or client meetings. It’s perfect for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with project teams About Automatry Automatry is a specialist in Smart Home Solutions and BMS, delivering cutting-edge design, installation, and integration for premium real estate projects in London. We are committed to innovation, quality, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities • Prepare tenders, cost plans, and quotations. • Administer and review project contracts. • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variations. • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors. • Support project managers and sales team with pricing and negotiations. What We’re Looking For • Experience in Electrical, BMS, or Building Services projects. • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • RICS qualification is a plus (not required).
