About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Electrical and BMS (Building Management Systems) projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders, cost plans, and quotations.
- Administer and review project contracts.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Support project managers and sales team with pricing and negotiations.

Requirements
- What We're Looking For
- - Experience in Electrical, BMS, or Building Services projects.
- - Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- - RICS qualification is a plus (not required).
